For this you have to make sure your project is divided into lots/phases. All you have to do is make sure the main parts are identified into a phase and all bolts and single parts will be automatically assigned that lot. When launching a list, you can then tell the software to extract the information per particular phase.

Also, you can select the area you want and isolate the bolts using the selection filters under the tool palette.
When launching your list, make sure the "complete model" is checked off and it will launch the list for that particular selection.
