Advance Concrete stops working when trying to rotate my view in the model

Whether I am in wireframe or conceptual view mode, etc., I consistently receive a Fatal Error when I try to rotate my view in the model.

My computer:

Intel Xeon CPU processor

12 GB RAM

64-bit

NVIDIA Quadro 4000

Hello,

Which Advance Concrete version and AutoCAD version do you use?
Is the graphic card driver up to date?
Is this a problem of a specific DWG or a general issue?
